Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
The NSIC is increasing its provision of upper limb reconstruction in response to the increased number of tetraplegic spinal cord injured patients who would benefit from this type of surgery. A well-established upper limb assessment team, comprising of an upper limb reconstruction surgeon, a physiotherapist, occupational therapist and nurse hold a monthly clinic for patients.
